Stationery Specifications
All of the stationery in my portfolio is created in-house by my own fair hand - from conception of the design, colour, style and layout, to the cutting of the card, printing, folding and finishing, without compromising on quality. I use only the finest materials and try to source these from local suppliers and manufacturers wherever possible. Printing is undertaken using a professional large format colour inkjet printer with an archival (water and fade resistant) pigment ink system.
My stationery is available in standard card sizes in order to minimise wastage. Illustrative descriptions with dimensions are shown below.

Cardstock, Paper and Envelopes
I source the majority of my paper products directly from a British papermill which uses woodpulp only from sustainably managed forests and has FSC certification. My standard cardstock is 250-300gsm smooth white, 255gsm linen effect and 255gsm hammered effect, both available in white or ivory. Paper stock is between 100gsm and 120gsm and envelopes are between 120gsm and 135gsm, again, both available in white or ivory. For those who would prefer to have a neutral outer cover, keeping the design element to the inserts only, there is also a selection of 250gsm smooth self-coloured card.

My wedding and event stationery can form a co-ordinated set to allow you to carry the theme right through from your initial announcement to your final thank you. Illustrative descriptions of the card styles available are shown below.

Save the Date A7, A6 sizes
A Save the Date card is a good idea, particularly if your guests will be expected to travel a fair distance, your wedding or event is being held during a holiday season or on a week day and people need to arrange time off work.

Guest Information A6, DL, Square sizes
You may wish to include useful information for your guests, such as directions, accommodation, your gift list and so on. If you have chosen a folded invitation style, you may prefer to have your guest information integrated rather than printed on a separate card.

A booklet style with a printed paper insert or multiple paper inserts and stapled at the spine.

A tent fold style, printed both sides that can be used freestanding or placed in a holder.

You may wish to receive individual RSVP cards from guests to keep as a memento of your wedding or event but, if you want to co-ordinate all of your stationery, you can opt for an RSVP card to be included with the invitation.

Escort Card A7 size
Escort Cards are displayed on a table outside the eating area. Each guest or couple takes their respective escort card, which shows their name and the table at which they will be seated.

A handwritten Thank You sent to all of your guests who shared in your special day, and those who couldn’t make it but sent gifts, is a must.
Folded
As an optional extra, you can choose to have a ribbon embellishment on your stationery, either as a pull or knot detail or tied the full length or width of a card. Ribbon used is Berisfords sumptuous double faced satin, delicate super sheer organza and ribbed polyester grosgrain, available in a variety of beautiful colours.

You may wish to have your stationery finished off with rounded corners rather than straight edges.
